What I offer
Integrative relational therapy
Traditional in format, contemporary in its foundations. This is relational, exploratory work — grief, depression, relationship patterns, developmental trauma and complex PTSD among them — shaped throughout by an understanding of the mind as a prediction-generator rather than a wound-store. No additional tools required. Just a different lens on the same real work.
Integrative relational therapy, with the Decoder
For clients who want to go further into precision. Alongside our relational work, I sometimes bring in the Decoder — a tool built within The Liberté Code® (TLC), the framework developed by Charmian Berry, grounded in predictive processing neuroscience. It doesn't diagnose or treat. What it does is make the shape of a live prediction highly visible, in the moment, so that you can recognise it as a prediction rather than a fact about who you are. Clients often find it changes how they understand themselves, and many go on to use the basic structure elsewhere in their lives.
If what you're looking for is standalone access to the Decoder, you can find that at thelibertecode.com.
A two-session exploration
A contained way to try this without committing to ongoing work. The first session maps what's live for you right now — which predictions are most active, most vexing, most in the way — and what to expect from the process. The second is a Decoder session itself, working directly with what surfaced. Some people take this and continue into ongoing therapy. Others take what they found and go — that's a complete piece of work in its own right, not a taster for something else.
Decoder six-session deep-dive
For people who want sustained work with the Decoder itself, without ongoing therapy. Over six sessions we take one live prediction and follow it through — how it forms, where it still shows up, and what it takes for the recognition to hold. This is a structured, contained piece of work with a beginning, middle and end, and can stand alone or sit alongside therapy you might already be doing elsewhere.
