How I work
I trained as an integrative relational therapist, and relationship is still the ground everything else stands on. Relational patterns were formed at a time where you had no choice — your system made blueprints long before 'you' could consent to them, when a very young brain was working out what others thought and what it took to belong.
So the work starts with building a steady, non-judgemental relationship — one you're not being fixed or diagnosed inside of, just met in. That relationship becomes part of what makes something new possible, the way any strong relationship can offer a different experience from the ones that shaped us.
What I bring alongside that is a close, real-time attention to the predictions themselves, as they show up — in the room, in a sentence, in a sensation — rather than waiting for change to arrive slowly, outside your awareness, the way it often does in longer-term relational work alone.
Self-compassion runs through all of it. Most people arrive here fluent in criticising themselves and out of practice at anything gentler. That's usually a good starting point.
I work adaptably — somatic and creative elements sit alongside the talking, depending on what a session needs. I'm neurodivergence-aware and kink-aware, and I don't need you to translate yourself into more conventional language to be understood here. To be most precise when working with predictions, I use an AI tool, when appropriate and agreed on.
What to expect
This section is coming soon — it will describe what sessions actually look and feel like, from the first conversation onwards.

“Using the Decoder was a real revelation. I came to the session wanting to look at reasons that kept me from getting a good night's sleep. It got pretty profound pretty quick — but that was OK, I felt always held, respected, supported, and most of all, safe to explore. The outcome of the session really surprised me... and best of all, I have been sleeping soundly since the session as my anxiety has settled. And the insights I gained in the session are still with me, helping me to remain grounded and feeling spacious, months after the session.”
“Wow, I feel like I have cheated at a game of Mario... I got to a tunnel, found gold coins at the bottom of it and with those coins I was allowed a look over the architecture of the game! I saw the whole layout of the maze and although I might not remember the exact plan all the time, I DO remember that there is a way out, that there is the opportunity to look at the whole structure again. That felt so liberating! My relationships with my family have improved on the back of the sessions, but most of all I have so much more compassion for myself.”
“The Decoder is a fabulous tool. I have started to recognise patterns in myself I totally did not expect to find. It hasn't always been comfortable to see the pattern but working in this way is so de-shaming and supportive. It's a gentle and compassionate way to create more space and possibilities.”
“Working with the Decoder has helped me see how much love there is already. I have recognised how much pressure I put myself under just to maintain my self-image of the one that gets everything right. And others rely on my getting it right. I am now much more relaxed with myself and others and, yeah, I really enjoy seeing what is already here, even without me having to be perfect.”
